Martina Watts B.A.(Hons) Dip ION MBANT is a qualified Nutritional Therapist practising in Brighton, East Sussex, UK. She has a particular interest and experience in working with children and adults with digestive, behavioural and immune problems. She is a Foresight Preconceptual Care Practitioner and an independent Nutrition Consultant for Schools, Young Offenders Institutions, Local Government and the NHS. Martina is a member of the Guild of Health Writers and also works as a freelance journalist providing information to the private and public sector in the form of talks, conferences and educational material, and a regular column in the Brighton Argus newspaper (see below for a selection of relevant nutrition articles covering Diet and Depression).
